2489/... - Pressure-independent control valve with an additional thermostat connection

The Type 2489 is a pressure-independent control valve with an additional thermostat connection e.g. for controlling the flow rate and temperature in district heating supply plants and extended heating/cooling networks. Combined with an electric actuator to transmit the control signal of an electric control device as well as for optional connection of a thermostat.

This combined regulator consists of a valve, a diaphragm actuator, and an adjustable orifice (with an electric actuator connected to it). A maximum flow rate can also be adjusted mechanically at the orifice.
