1a - PTFE-lined Globe Control Valve

The Pfeiffer 1a PTFE line globe control valve is designed for general service applications up to the limits of the PN16 pressure rating. These general service applications focus on extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes.

The Pfeiffer 1a can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the construction of the control valve. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle and can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.

• Nominal diameters: DN25 to DN150 (1" to 6")
• Pressure classes: PN10 and PN16 (Class 150)
• Materials: PTFE-lined Spheroidal graphite iron
• Temperature range: -10°C to 200°C (14 to 392°F)
