BR 31a - Pneumatic rotary actuator type SRP and DAP

The BR 31a pneumatic rack and pinion actuator is designed for all industrial applications. This actuator is a rotary motion device ideal for all types of rotary valves. The torque output of the actuator depends on the actuator area, pneumatic supply pressure, spring stiffness, distance traveled, initial compression of the spring, number of springs internal to the actuator, etc.

It is designed as single- or double-acting piston actuator for control and shutoff valves with rotating flow restrictors, especially with high process demand in chemical plants.
