3345 - Diaphragm valve

Control valve type 3345 is designed for viscous, corrosive, and abrasive fluids conforming to DIN, BS, or ANSI standards. The valve diaphragm acts as a valve plug. The flow rate depends on the free cross-section between the diaphragm and the bottom part of the valve body. The actuator stem is fitted with stoppers which limit the force to protect the diaphragm.

Various lining materials (Butyl, EPDM, PTFE, natural rubber, FKm, etc.) allow the valve to be used with numerous different types of process media.

The Type 3345 can be assembled with a pneumatic or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON Group to complete the construction of the control valve. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle and can be equipped with SAMSON Group actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.
