3254 - Double-guided globe control valve

The Type 3254 threaded seat globe control valve is designed for larger sized general service applications up to the limits of the PN400 pressure class rating. These general service applications include process events found in most process control industries such as erosion, abrasion, corrosion, cavitation, and flashing.

These valves have several standard options such as temperature extensions, metal bellows seals, heating jacket, high performance metal sealing trim, soft-sealing trim, noise attenuation, and anti-cavitation trim sets. In addition to these options the valves can be specialized to meet exact process needs, such as a NACE version for sour gas service or cleaned for specific service.

They can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the construction of the control valve. These valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle and can be equipped with SAMSON Group actuators and valve accessories.
